Ah ha, post firework display detritus. This stuff will be lal over the land today! I went for a walk the other day and found a load of used rockts about half a mile away from a display that had taken place the previous evening. It’s amazing how far these things travel.
It’s only in the last couple of years we’ve had them at home. I’m not that bothered about them as big displays are better, but the kids seem to love having them at home! x
The Glade looked very similar on Friday morning but I’m sure not all were accounted for. Bonfire night seems to have gone on for many nights this year. A great picture, I hope your party was a good one xx
fireworks? how i wish we could have them in australia. i do miss a good guy fawkes night celebration. we used to have them as kids when it was still legal to sell them here.

That’s impressive! Wonder where ours ended up? It’s a bit shameful when you think about it.
Hope you had fun – we can’t do our own fireworks as have too many trees!!
Thanks very much! It was short, but it was fun 🙂
Fab – reminds me of when we were young and always had home fireworks. We only managed a few sparklers this year, but still goid fun.
We used to have home fireworks too. We’ve just started having them at home in the last couple of years 🙂
For some reason, when I was a kid, I would love going into the garden to see these the morning after the night before 🙂 #mysundayphoto
They do look interesting and very colourful! They took me by surprise in the morning – I kind of forgot they would still be there!
Fireworks! Was it a good show?
It was pretty good! It was very quick, but the kids enjoyed it 🙂
I hope you had a great firework party
Thank you for linking up
Thanks very much, we did 🙂
I hope you had a great evening x
Thanks, we did. It was good fun 🙂 x
Bonfire night this year has just gone on the entire week hasn’t it? We’ve had to watch from the window or the car this year!
That sounds like a very good idea! It’s been fun, but I think we will be glad when all the bangs have stopped.
I love fireworks! Hope you had a great night X
Thanks very much! It was lovely x
Hope you enjoyed the fireworks. This would have been us rounding them up if we’d not had rain and wind like it’s been
They were lovely, thanks. The weather just about held off for them!

We have never done fireworks at home since having the kids but I have fond memories of when we used to have them at home when I was little x
It’s only in the last couple of years we’ve had them at home. I’m not that bothered about them as big displays are better, but the kids seem to love having them at home! x
FIREWORKS!! Hip hip hurrah! I love fireworks… We have to wait for New Year in Sweden 🙁
Hope you had a fantastic night.
Thanks very much, it was good fun, if rather short-lived! I hadn’t thought about that, but I guess Guy Fawkes is just a British thing!
