Project 365 2015 Week 23

I’ve had more work than ever this week, which means my world has just shrunk right down to my dark spare room, with the tiny window, usually surrounded by damp washing. So the pictures this week are nearly all taken at home.

Here’s our week in pictures…

Day 151 – Sunday 31st May – however I hard I tried, I couldn’t drag the kids out of the house. I suspect they’d had enough fresh air at the Wychwood Festival the day before . In the end I decided to just go for a walk on my own.

Day 152 – Monday 1st June – I had a meeting with a client who is going to give me lots more work and I started a job which involves copious post-its!

Day 153 – Tuesday 2nd June – I always like to wear a quirky Tshirt for the first day of Britmums Live and this year’s choice arrived today. Are you singing along?

Day 154 – Wednesday 3rd June – I’ve wanted a new phone for well over a year now. I’d had my secondhand iPhone 4 for two and a half years and needed to charge it at least three times a day. Finally, I’ve got a brand new iPhone5S and I’m so pleased! Yes, it’s so 2013, but that’s better than being so 2010!

Day 155 – Thursday 4th June – Having spent 15 years of my life as a council press officer writing about public services, I now spend the majority of my time writing about motor racing! In the absence of any pictures of cars, this is a wall in my garden. It looks fantastic in real life, the photo really doesn’t do it justice.

Day 156 – Friday 5th June – we went out to Yo! Sushi in the evening, which made a lovely change.

Day 157 – Saturday 6th June – my daughter and I did our second Parkrun! She actually found it harder this week (you can read about our first one here), but we’re not giving up!
