  1. Marking 100 park runs at a guess? Very impressive! Does everyone who hits a century have the achievement marked? Physio has told me she thinks I will be able to run again one day but I’m not feeling confident (boo hoo). Lovely uplifting pic!

    • Yes, it’s 100 parkruns! 100 parkruns is marked everywhere – there’s a free T-shirt for all runners who hit 100 too. But different parkruns celebrate in different ways.
      Here’s hoping your physio is right.

  2. Well done on your daughters 100th Park Run. I’m seriously considering seeing if they have a wheelchair one near me, but it wil have to wait until the spring now.

    • Thanks very much! There is a guy in a wheelchair does ours most weeks. Some are better than others – some have too much grass!

    • Parkrun is brilliant – so good to get exercising first thing on a a Saturday morning and you can go as fast or slow as you like.
