  1. Love the zesty yellow of this flower against the foliage. Very pretty! #MySundayPhoto x

    • It’s pretty much the last flower left in our garden. Really hoping it lasts a bit longer!

  3. I really do love Macro shots, so fun to take them and to look at them. This is amazing, you can see the little hairs on the stem. We just got a new camera, so hoping to take some good macro shots from now on, the iPhone is just not good enough.
    Lovely shot and vivid colour.

    • Thanks very much and good luck with the new camera! Proper cameras are definitely better for this sort of photo than iPhones.

  4. I love rudbeckias, such a good shot. If you deadhead them if perennial, if it is the last one you may not want to, they produce more and if we have a mild autumn mine flower right into November

  8. Lovely shot. I do love seeing all the bright flowers. While I love the reds and oranges of Autumn, I will miss all the flowers.

    • I’m the same! Autumn colours are beautiful, but you can’t really beat the bright colours of flowers in spring and summer.

  9. So lovely to see we have not left summer behind just yet. Our passion flowers are at their bees just now and the bees are having a field day stocking up on nectar from them.

    • That’s really lovely! This is definitely the end of summer for us, although we do have a few random shrubs which are still flowering and swarming with bees 🙂
