  1. Congrats – how many people make this milestone? Just a few more years to go for Mrs Adams and i! Love the cake, I shall assume someone else made it for you?

    • Thanks very much, obviously it was my parents, not us! I don’t suppose that many people do actually make it to 50 years.
      My daughter made the cake! For various reasons she ended up doing it very quickly too.

    • Thanks very much, it’s my parents and there was a time in December last year when we weren’t sure they would make it as my dad was so ill. The cake was all my daughter’s hard work!

    • Thanks very much, it’s fantastic, isn’t it? My parents had a lovely time, thanks. They had originally invited more people, but decided it wasn’t a good idea. They will try again with more guests next year. x
