November 17, 2019
What a wet week. I think we’ve been relatively lucky this way as although it’s been wet, it’s not to the same degree as elsewhere with all the horrible floods.

Oh wow, is that how much water you’ve had fall from the sky in Cheltenham? That’s practically an outdoor pool Sarah. You’re not doing ParkRun in that are you??? headed over from #MySUndaySnapshot

No, the parkrun park doesn’t get as bad as this one! This park does tend to get waterlogged, but this was definitely more than usual. I thought we’d got off pretty lightly with rain round here compared to some parts of the country, but we had a particularly rainy day on Thursday and this was the result!

I think this pretty much sums up the weather lately doesn’t it!
November 18, 2019
It really does! The rain has been horrendous.
November 17, 2019
We have plenty of fields around us that look like that. I am so sick of the rain! x
November 18, 2019
It’s awful, isn’t it? I’m really hoping for a few drier weeks. X
November 17, 2019
It’s so depressing isn’t it? I count ourselves very lucky that we haven’t been flooded but it can get a bit scary here, especially living on the seafront. The tide has been SO high and the waves are huge!
November 18, 2019
Oh my goodness, that must be scary! Thankfully our house isn’t at risk. I hope the houses close to this park were OK. I know that some houses in Tewkesbury have been flooded because they are affected by the rivers and tides.
November 18, 2019
Lately the rain has become a real pain, and this sums it up I guess!
November 19, 2019
It really does! Luckily it has been a bit drier over the last few days.
November 18, 2019
Wow that is a lot of water. We haven’t had as much rain up here, it’s just very cold and the frost hasn’t lifted all day xx
November 19, 2019
We have had so much rain and this was taken at the end of the very wettest day! We’ve avoided the frost pretty much. I’m not a fan of the cold, but I would take frost over rain any day! X

It has most definitely been weather for ducks… Thanks for sharing and for linking up with #MySundaySnapshot.
November 25, 2019
We seem to have had a lot of weather for ducks lately!
November 24, 2019
It’s been sooo wet hasn’t it – I’ve been tipping water out of the top of plant pots on our allotment! #MySundaySnapshot
