  1. LOVE the bird soaring overhead. Is he looking for fish or human food, that is the question? #MySundayPhoto

    • Probably human food judging by the behaviour of most of them!

  2. I can’t help but wonder if life on board one of those boats makes for a cooler Summer night…? #MySundayPhoto

    • No boat trips for us (these are all private boats anyway), but always a lovely day in Padstow!

  4. Love how you’ve caught the seagull and you could be a spokeswoman for Padstow. It always looks gorgeous!

    • Thanks, I think I would make a very good spokeswoman for Padstow! There are so many seagulls around that it’s almost impossible not to take a photo with one in!

  6. Hi Sarah, this photo strikes me of a village we used to pass through on the way to Dawlish and I can’t for the life of me remember what it’s called! I can almost hear the gulls too.

    xx

    • The gulls are so noisy! I loved Dawlish as a child, but haven’t been back since I was about 11 or 12. This is Padstow – my favourite place! x

  7. I love harbours, I ‘ll always go and seek one out when we are on holiday. This one looks great and reminds me that just a year ago we were staying at my brother-in-law’s house and they live right next too a harbour in Weymouth, how lucky. My ex husband also lives next to a harbour but the boats are a bit posher down in St Tropez!
I’m guessing this is Cornwall, I’d love to go back their one day, the journey is just a little too daunting though.

    • This one can definitely get busy in the middle of the day, so I like to have a walk round when it’s a bit quieter.
