Christmas books giveaway from Scholastic

Regular readers will know I LOVE books and reading. I am never without a book in my bag and will grab five minutes to read whenever. I also love good kids’ books (although sadly my own kids don’t read much these days). So I’m very pleased to have a giveaway of books for Christmas from Scholastic’s best ever Christmas bookshop.

The bookshop includes books for everyone from toddlers to teens and a mix of classics and new releases. All books are discounted and buying from Scholastic means you can also make a donation to the school or nursery of your choice – with 25% worth of free books for every order over £10.

Bah! Humbug, Christmas book pack giveaway

The books in my giveaway are suitable kids in Key Stage 2…

First up, we’ve got Bah! Humbug which is a brand new re-imagining of A Christmas Carol by former Children’s Laureate and prolific author, Michael Rosen. Set in the present day, it is a story which is as moving as it is humorous and I can highly recommend it.

I’ve loved Tom Gates books for years, so I’m slightly jealous at having to give away the latest book in the series – Epic. If you’ve never read a Tom Gates book, you need to rectify that now! Tom Gates books are warm and funny and loved by boys and girls alike.

And because it’s (nearly) Christmas, the final book in the pack is Scholastic Classics: Christmas Stories. I haven’t read this one, but there’s definitely something for everyone in this hardback book with stories from classic authors, such as Louisa May Alcott, Charles Dickens, Arthur Conan Doyle, Kenneth Grahame, E Nesbit and Hans Christian Andersen. It sounds like one to take parents back to their childhoods!

Books make a fantastic present and you can’t go wrong with this selection. So for your chance to win this book pack from Scholastic in time for Christmas, follow the instructions on the widget below. Good luck!

We were provided with books from Scholastic for the purpose of this giveaway.
