If you were a child of the 1980s or 90s, you probably remember trolls – those slightly ugly collectable dolls with big hair in bright colours. You may also remember being wowed the very first time you saw a plastic figure dancing along to music.
Now you can relive those memories and share them with your kids, as the two ideas have been brought together in the form of Elektrokidz!
They’re the first ever music-inspired collectables that dance to the beat of the music you are listening to! There are six groovy Elektrokidz to choose from, each with their own brightly coloured hair and cool shades.
New to the UK, Elektrokidz are a massive success in the US and have made star appearances across the net, on music shows and at celebrity events. Elektrokidz are the only figures whose hair dances and rocks to the beat of the music you are listening to. Detecting high and low frequencies, each Elektrokidz has its own unique hair dance.
Elektrokidz are available at Asda and are priced at £9.97 each. They’ve got no wires and come with batteries (plus spares) included. (The spare batteries are quite well-hidden at the bottom of the packaging, so make sure you don’t miss them!)
We’ve been having fun testing out this little dude – TC.
We were sent an Elektrokidz for the purposes of this review.
