Project 365: Week 48

Well we’ve made it right to the end of November. How crazy is that? I am still in complete denial that it’s nearly Christmas.

This week the weather turned colder and a lot of my pictures seem to reflect that. It was lovely to see the effect the frost had on the world.

So here’s our week in pictures…

Day 327 – Sunday 23rd November – I took an early morning walk and captured this reflection in a puddle.

Day 328 – Monday 24th November – the first frost of the year for us!

Frost, winter, 365

Day 329 – Tuesday 25th November – more frost! This time I took the pictures on my proper camera.

Cobwebs, winter, frost, 365

Day 330 – Wednesday 26th November – I lit a birthday candle for a girl who will sadly be unable to celebrate her 14th birthday.

Candle, Cake, Abi, Remembering, Birthday

Day 331 – Thursday 27th November – I was feeling very down and I wasn’t really sure why. Making a list of which Christmas presents we still needed to buy seemed to help a little.

Christmas, shopping, 365

Day 332 – Friday 28th November – what’s this all about?!

Mini, car, 365

Day 333 – Saturday 29th November – about seven weeks since my younger son’s birthday and we finally had his party! He’d had his eye on this piñata cake for ages.

    • Thanks very much 🙂 I managed the first one on my phone, which was a surprise! They were better with the real camera though.

  7. Thanks very much. I haven’t even driven the car yet as I only got it late on Sunday evening. I have high hopes for it, but any car is better than no car!

  8. Your new car? Lovely. I had 2 old minis as my first two cars and I’d love a new mini.

    • It is now! It was just my potential new car when that photo was taken. My hubby’s first two cars were old Minis too! He’s been desperate for a new Mini ever since they came out!

  9. For one minute there, I thought you’d actually made a birthday cake! That’s pretty awesome either way. Love your new car, I’ve always wanted a mini. Will be interested to see how it works out for you with 3 kids. Gorgeous pictures of frost.

    • Ha ha ha ha ha ha, excuse while I stop laughing. I’m sure that thought didn’t last long!
I very rarely take all three kids in the car, most of the time it’s just me and my daughter, so I’m sure it will be fine!
