This is Pumba from the Lion King. He was a birthday or Christmas present to me from my husband, back in the mid-90s, before we were married and way before the kids.We were living in a studio flat in Nottingham and Pumba was a big part of our decor. To be honest, he WAS the decor.
When it was my birthday, for a joke, my husband put the birthday cards in Pumba’s mouth. And we have done it for every single birthday since. For my birthday, for his birthday and for all of the kids’ birthdays. Birthdays in our house just wouldn’t be birthdays without Pumba.
But what does Pumba think of this indignity? Can you caption it for me?
