  3. Hi Sarah, what a cute guinea pig, we had one in the house when I was growing up and what a character she was, I think she lived to be around eight years old. I love the pink little ear, I never realised their ears were hairless.

    • Guinea pigs are real characters! I’m very envious you had one live until eight years old. His other ear is dark brown! They have a tiny bit of hair on their ears.

    • Thanks very much, it sounds like you need to get a couple of them yourself! (You always have to have guinea pigs in pairs as they are sociable animals.)
