  5. How lovely, haven’t seen any pussy willow around here yet. Still have a vase of some my mum cut from a walk. She died 12 years ago! Seen some catkins though.

  6. Thanks very much, everyone! They’re on my favourite tree in my garden and I’ve been meaning to photograph them for weeks. They are so soft and I do stroke them! I keep telling the kids to stroke them, but they think I’m mad!
    Hilarious story, Exeter Mum! Won’t share that with my kids.
